Equipment
Chillipepper Signs have recently up graded our printing machine to a brand new Mimaki JV33 52” Wide format inkjet printer. This is state-of-the art technology making enhanced high quality and print speed a reality.

Software used: Adobe Illustrator CS3, Signlab, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Clarity, Word 2007.
Materials
Chillipepper Signs use the full range of high quality signage materials from the best UK manufacturers. The company does not cut corners using low quality material and risk losing the high level of customer satisfaction currently achieved.
Solid Vinyl
The 7 series high performance polymeric vinyl has been specifically developed for use on all sign making equipment. The high grade 7 series performs consistently under a wide range of conditions and climates. Please see our colour chart for the range of solid vinyl’s we can produce. Durability is 8 years for black and white, 7 years for colours and 5 years for metallic colours.
Digital Vinyl MD5 is a high performance grade polymeric calendered self-adhesive vinyl for printers using solvent inks. The high quality film provides outstanding print performance. MD5 is supplied with a solvent-based adhesive. Durability is 7 years.
Installation
Signage installation is carried out by Chillipepper’s own trained team of engineers using the correct equipment for the job. For work within the signage trade, installation can be carried out on an anonymous basis using plain un-sign written vehicles if appropriate.
Printing from supplied artwork
Ideally we would prefer PDF or EPS files but if your file is in a different format, please call to discuss it further or e-mail the file so we can check it for you and let you know if we can work with it.
All pictures need to be CMYK. All fonts need to be converted to curves. A hard copy must be provided so we can check colours. We cannot be held responsible for any errors of this type when a proof is not provided. We can provide a final proof small scale for you to check colours.
When creating a PDF Choose Hi- Res Print Quality PDF option NOT Screen Resolution. Make sure the fonts are embedded. Make sure the file is in CMYK.
